After Lars Eriksson's interpretation of "Det börjar verka kärlek banne mig" on Friday's week finale it broke loose for the judge member Laila Bagge.
- You are taking up the place for someone who deserves it, she said.
- I have fun and I do my own thing, Lars Eriksson said to Nöjesbladet's reporter in the Idol-studio.
The week before he entered in a complete costume and make-up. This week Lars Eriksson entered the stage as Claes-Göran Hederström á la 1968. In a brown costume he fell around on the stage while he performed his interpretation of "Det börjar verka kärlek banne mig".
Then the judge member Laila Bagge had enough.
- Now it's done with the clowning about. This belongs to a student society, she said.
"The stunt disguises me"
Lars Eriksson critized last week's "Idol" at his blogg earlier.
- The whole stunt disguises me, the singer wrote.
Last week's Friday finale Lars got critized back.
Brutally.
- I don't know if I should laugh or if you are kidding us. I haven't decided yet..., Anders Bagge said after the performance.
But Laila Bagge had decided and said:
- You are taking up the space for someone who deserve it and takes this seriously, Lars, Laila Bagge said after the performance of the Schlager-theme.
"I wanted to save it"
When the compere Peter Jihde later asked Lars Eriksson what happened on the stage, the artist revealed what he thought about his own participation in the competition.
- I slipped on a banana shell. About the same thing as when I slipped into "Idol".
- What did you want with the performance? Peter Jihde asked.
- I wanted to save it. You know, like when you slip on a banana you don't want to fall and hit yourself badly, no, you want to save the situation. Get your feet in balance again, Lars Eriksson said in the broadcasting.
Nöjesbladet's reporter talked to Lars Eriksson in the break.
- I have fun and do my own thing, he said.
